  • Proceed to Exchange of Contracts
  • Request the Mortgage Monies
  • Hand the Purchase Money (Less Any Deposit) Over to the Seller’s Conveyancer
  • Receive the Transfer Document and the Title Deeds
  • Deal With the Stamp Duty Land Tax Formalities
  • Apply to Register Your Ownership on the Deeds at the Land Registry
